Detox and Colon Cleansing

Debris that accumulate in the colon (large intestine) lead to the absorption of toxins. This can cause mental confusion, irritability, fatigue, depression, and allergic reactions. Detox and colon cleansing can help rid the colon of those accumulated debris and prevent a variety of health problems.

Supplements that aid the colon cleansing procedure:

Fiber (ground flaxseeds, oat bran, and psyllium seed husks) is essential for a clean colon. Take1 capsule or 1 teaspoon 4 times daily, separately from other supplements.

Acidophilus restores the normal bacteria in the colon. Take as directed on label.

Aloe vera juice heals colon inflammations. Take in pure form ½ cup 3 times daily.

Apple pectin helps to detoxify heavy metals. Take as directed on label.

Wheatgrass juice assists in keeping the colon clear of toxic debris and aid in healing. Can be taken in capsule form as directed.

Vitamin C with bioflavonoids protects the body from pollutants. Can be taken 6,000-8,000 mg daily in divided doses.
