Epsom Salts Bath

CAUTION: Avoid this bath if you have high heart pressure, heart or kidney troubles, are diabetic or simply feel tired and weak.

Another way to help get rid of body toxins is to take a hot epsom salt bath.  Hot water causes perspiration, so you can eliminate you body toxins with sweat. Also, when magnesium sulfate (epsom salt) is absorbed through the skin in a bath, it helps to draw toxins from the body, keep down any swelling you have and relax muscles.
